The drawing shows a portrait of a young man, looking down at the viewer with his head leaned back. He is drawn in a pointillistic style, his face, neck and hair all stippled in while the shape of his torso in his shirt is left as a negative space where his t-shirt sits. His head is surrounded by a decorated ring which is white in the middle, resembling a halo, set in between his head and the background which is filled with abstract, organic looking “doodles” and shapes. ​​​To the top and right of him the background is unfinished, with only a few shapes loosening up the blank, white paper.
